How you all doing?

My name's Brother Abram....Abram WinterSmith, at least that's been my online persona for the last twelve years. I have a little thing about juggling my online self into 281 different identities....if I'm roleplaying or acting, I'll take on the roles as needed...but here...I'm just me. If you know my real name, good for you...you know me a little better than Joe or Jane Internet.

I'm not a furry, nor a taur, or a dragon, an elf, wumpus, wendigo, dweebie, douchebag, dwarf, kender, professional wrestler, Norwegian mutant, or any other classification you can think of....I'm whatever I wish to be as the need comes and goes; an open-minded guy who likes to say "Hey" to other people.

I used to draw until I shattered my dominant hand in a very stupid college initiation game, that pretty much messed up my original plans....put me in a downward spiral....not something I recommend to anyone, but I understand all too well the frustration that one can experience when things don't turn out the way one expected, or tried. I turned my focus to writing in 1996, and discovered I was better at that....I'll get back to drawing some day, but not in the near future.

I also am a role-playing game enthusiast, having played for over 25 years, and been a referee/dungeon master/head hoopdie do for close to 20 of those years....I've done D&D, AD&D, T&T, GURPS, TWERPS, Toon, TFOS, Boot Hill, Gamma World, Top Secret, Mekton, Paranoia, Call of Cthulhu, Marvel, DC, and plenty of others....even a Sailor Moon RPG (College...don't want to talk about it...for now...) I've played just about any role, race, class, superpower, quirk, curse, or any other RPG hook you could think of. If I didn't have stage fright I'd be on <BLEEP>ing Broadway...or community theater.

I cook well, bake even better, have thrown pottery and won awards from it way back when...need to get a studio going, that's still in development. I've done radio in college that beat out local stations in the Southern Tier of New York State, but that really isn't saying much. I was the heaviest member of a hiking trip, traversing the hardest parts of Pennsylvania's Loyal Sock Trail...in December...in an ice storm. I've waterskiied, played tackle miniature golf, and driven cross country to start a new life, which is after three years finally making visible progress...

Good...then it's nice to meet you, too...but the conversation's a little one-sided...so say something soon. **Slight Grin**

To be completely frank and honest with you....the total strangers of the Internet (and the handful of people who actually know me)...I have no idea what is going to become of this. I may start posting story bits, make a serial series....get a bunch of my original work together and play with it, or take 60-second character challenges....

I might share RPG Tips, thoughts on the video game industry, Role Playing Systems in general, or maybe just exchange recipes for a damn good chocolate cake.

What I post in here is mostly opinion, but some it will be truth, fact....usually it's accurate, but if it isn't, I can stand to be corrected; I'm mortal after all.

Just take this crap with a grain of salt, and don't take it too terribly seriously. If you're the type that DOES take this stuff seriously, I'll mail you a lump of coal, and we'll split the profit from the diamond you make a week or two later. If you didn't get the reference, then you just made me feel old...and you'll need to rent Ferris Bueller...it's in the comedy section....you'll see a lot of big hair in that flick, and other things from the Prehistoric 80's era.

I'm outie...gotta get up early, learn a new job, help a bunch of people out, and be a hero on a small scale. I also have a nagging cyatic nerve injury that needs rest...that's another thing I don't ever recommend on people getting...their a pain in the ass, literally.
